Carer’s Job Process

Complete our application form
Complete carer’s test
Face to face Interview.
Discuss your career goals and qualifications.
If you are selected, you will be invited to attend an induction training while we request your references.
Enhanced DBS will be completed.
Once Your DBS comes back clear you will be put with an experienced carer for shadowing.
Once you are confident with carrying out care task, you will be assigned to your own service users.

Previous experience as a care giver is an advantage but not a must.
